Digital shift log

In many manufacturing companies, the shift log is still maintained in Excel. LUMINAQ turns it into an end-to-end digital process – including machine data.

The starting point

Employees document production orders, operations, produced quantities, special incidents or completed quality inspections. Information about staff on shift, setup procedures or anomalies is also often entered manually.

Much of this information already exists in different systems – for example in ERP, production data acquisition (PDA), machine controls or quality solutions. Other information originates directly on the shop floor and is not captured digitally at all today.

At the same time, many companies do not yet run systems such as CAQ or PDA. This is exactly where LUMINAQ comes in.

Anomalies, quality inspections, setup procedures or special events can be documented right where they occur.

Functions even without existing systems

Where systems such as PDA or CAQ do not exist yet, the corresponding functions can be provided directly through LUMINAQ – without additional software projects.
