Principles

This website is a static information site. It uses no cookies and no marketing pixels; for reach measurement, only a cookie-free, aggregated web analytics service is used (see the "Web analytics" section). No processing requiring consent takes place; a cookie banner is therefore not required.

Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (such as IP address, time of access and requested resource) in order to deliver the website securely and reliably.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting takes place in the Azure region "West Europe" (Netherlands, EU). A data processing agreement with Microsoft is in place, based on the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (email address, content of the message) exclusively to handle your request.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period: We store your enquiry only for as long as is necessary to process it. Beyond that, data is retained only where statutory retention obligations apply or a contractual relationship results from the enquiry.

Web analytics (Plausible)

For statistical analysis of website usage we use Plausible Analytics – a cookie-free web analytics service hosted in the EU. Only aggregated usage data is processed (pages visited, referrer, device type, country). No cookies are set and no personal profiles are created.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An informal message to the contact address above is sufficient to exercise these rights.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
